He built and ran a London driving school with almost 20 instructors, learning first-hand what it takes to attract clients, build a trusted brand, manage enquiries, compete for attention and grow a service business.
His work attracted national media attention, including BBC One’s The One Show as part of Comic Relief, two appearances on Richard & Judy and documentary coverage.
After leaving the driver-training industry in 2012, Des moved into coaching, consulting, events, personal development and public speaking, helping professionals and business owners improve their visibility, marketing and commercial performance.
